To Becoming the Biggest Loser!

6 WEEKS TO SUCCESS!

2-3 WORKOUT DAYS ARE IDEAL
~15-30 MINUTES OF CARDIO~

1. YOUR WINNING STATUS WILL BE BASED ON THE % OF WEIGHT YOU HAVE LOST
2. WEIGH IN ON MONDAYS. WEEKLY WINNERS ANNOUNCED ON FRIDAYS AT 5PM.
3. HEATH PARK WALKS ON SATURDAYS AT 10AM.

Weekly Winners chosen for:
Most visits to gym: Each time you go to the gym you get an entry for the drawing. The more you go the better your chance to win.
Highest % weight loss:
Formula = Percentage lbs loss/ total individual weight
EX: (My weight 120.I lose 10 lbs.) 10 / 120 = 8%
Weekly winners receive: Spa packages and gift certificates
TWO FINAL WINNERS will each receive $500.00!

MONDAYS: WEIGH IN ~ UPPER BODY WORK OUT
TUESDAY: TRIM DOWN TRAINER ~ CARDIO
WEDNESDAY: TRIM DOWN GROUP FITNESS CLASS
THURSDAY:  LOWER BODY WORKOUT
FRIDAY: WEEKLY WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Feel free to be flexible with the different daily workouts.
EX: Tuesday—Upper Body, Thursday-Lower Body

‘TRIM DOWN’ CLASSES: WHAT CAN THEY DO FOR ME? LOTS! ESPECIALLY IF YOU:
* Are overweight.     * Are new to the gym and/or exercise.
* Have been exercising and/or dieting for quite sometime with little to no results.
* Have begun a basic exercise plan, but don't know where to go from there.
* Need to lose weight for better health.
* Need guidance in regards to exercise instruction.
* Need guidance in regards to weight management.
* Will benefit from exercising and learning within
a group setting with people sharing similar goals.
* Need a structured plan.     * Need Motivation.
